Boutique real estate and fast-growing development company working with high-net-worth individuals and private investors across Europe and the UK is looking for an experienced Business & Financial Analyst.

Limassol, office, full-time Salary: €4,000 gross Start: ASAP

What you'll do

Build and maintain financial models, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and investment scenarios Prepare business plans and feasibility studies for real estate development projects Analyze project profitability, ROI, and investment opportunities Prepare analytical reports and presentations for management, shareholders, and investors Support strategic planning, corporate structuring, and investor relations

What we expect

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field Strong finance background is a must Experience in real estate development (3+ years) will be a strong advantage Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and investment analysis Solid understanding of project economics, ROI, taxation principles, and corporate structures Advanced Excel English: Advanced Russian: native or fluent preferred
