Junior Customer Success Manager 
📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Office)

💡What you'll do:
Build and maintain relationships with B2B customers.
Support customer onboarding and day-to-day account management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and improve customer retention.
Communicate with clients via email, calls, and meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
Maintain CRM and customer records.
Identify opportunities for account growth.

🎯What we're looking for:
1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, Sales, or another client-facing role.
English proficiency: C1 or higher (spoken and written).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Interest in SaaS, IT, or telecom products is a plus.
