A-Players is looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to join our team and take full ownership of a new AI-powered product from day one.

You will be the first dedicated Product Manager on the project - which means you come in at the ground floor, shape the product vision, and build the roadmap from scratch.

- Full product ownership from day one - you define the vision, not just execute it
- Early-stage opportunity: shape the product, the team, and the processes from scratch
- A fast-moving team with strong marketing expertise and internal funding - no dependency on external investors.

What we look for:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
Hands-on experience with AI products 
- Strong AI mindset - you use AI tools actively and know how to apply them in product work
- Experience with web products and web funnels at early stages
- Experience with subscription-based business models
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate product decisions in the context of business goals
- English B2+
