Develop and scale paid social creatives Analyze performance and turn data into a testing roadmap Research US trends, culture, and audiences Build and lead a creative team in Warsaw Work directly with the CEO and CMO
Requirements: 3+ years of experience with Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels, strong analytical skills, fluent English, and team leadership experience.
