Wiztech is hiring (Limassol) Senior Data Engineer / DevOps Engineer - ClickHouse & DBA Specialist We’re looking for a strong hands-on engineer with deep production ClickHouse experience to join our Data & Infrastructure Engineering team.

What you’ll do

  • Design, maintain & scale ClickHouse clusters
  • Work with sharding, replication, MergeTree & performance tuning
  • Own backups, failover & disaster recovery
  • Build ETL/ELT pipelines, including Kafka → ClickHouse
  • Automate infrastructure with Terraform/Ansible & CI/CD
  • Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus & Grafana
  • Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform reliability

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in Data Engineering, DevOps/SRE or DBA
  • Strong hands-on ClickHouse production experience — must-have
  • Strong SQL & Linux
  • PostgreSQL/MySQL or other database experience
  • Docker/Kubernetes & IaC
  • AWS/GCP/Azure
  • Python, Bash or Go
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or GitHub Copilot

Nice to have: Kafka, OLAP platforms, BI tools & ClickHouse/open-source contributions.
