What you'll do
-Prepare and configure new workstations -Register users in internal systems -Troubleshoot hardware and software issues -Maintain inventory of computer equipment and software -Participate in IT infrastructure development projects -Help ensure information security
What we're looking for
-2+ years of experience in a similar role -Knowledge of PC and server architecture -Up-to-date knowledge of modern computer hardware -Experience with Windows (7, 8, 10) and macOS -Basic knowledge of server operating systems -Basic knowledge of networking technologies
