Manager FP&A, Distribution Partnerships Spotify is looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager to serve as the dedicated finance partner for our Distribution Partnerships team. Distribution Partnerships play an important role in Spotify's growth strategy by working with strategic partners to expand user acquisition, deepen engagement, and improve retention through innovative distribution and marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll build the financial foundations that help shape partnership decisions. You'll develop robust business cases, subscriber models, and end-to-end P&L analyses that connect user growth with business outcomes. You'll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, challenge assumptions, and provide insights that help leaders make confident, data-informed decisions.
