Middle Data engineer
We are Qatar Insurance Company (#QIC), the leading insurance provider in GCC since 1964. Our vision is to make the first Digital Ecosystem in the region by combining insurance and non-insurance services in one platform. Currently, we are looking for a Middle Data Engineer who has building scalable data pipelines and infrastructure in a cloud-native GCP environment.

Ideal candidate
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong experience using GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataform)
- Advanced skills in Python and Apache Airflow
- English B2+
What we offer
- Long-term service agreement contract with QIC
- Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday
- Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 workdays of vacation, and 10 sick-day-offs
- Performance reviews are conducted twice a year
- Probation period – 3 months
- Digital Nomad support
