  • 3+ years of experience in ad monetization
  • Deep understanding of ad monetization flow principles
  • Experience with various mediators/advertising partners
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of monetization metrics
  • Experience conducting A/B testing of ad strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • English - upper Intermediate or higher
