- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom  
- Excellent sense of color, lighting, and texture  
- Attention to detail and consistency under tight deadlines  
- Ability to handle large batches of photos  
- Basic understanding of composition and visual storytelling  
- Familiarity with Retouch4me, Capture One, or AI tools
