We're hiring a Head of Content Moderation

What you'll do

  • Design and enhance content moderation policies for a safe user environment.
  • Lead and mentor a team focusing on user-generated content moderation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative moderation technologies.
  • Drive strategic initiatives in AI-driven moderation and operational excellence.

What we expect

  • 4+ years in a leadership role in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
  • Experience in fast-paced B2C tech environments.
  • Strong knowledge of UGC platforms and compliance regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams.
