Tango is hiring a Cloud FinOps Engineer

What you'll do

  • Manage day-to-day FinOps operations, integrate cost data, and conduct daily cost analysis.
  • Build AI-leveraged analytics for cost visibility and optimization across cloud platforms.
  • Drive cost allocation and reporting, enhancing accountability at team and feature levels.
  • Develop resource utilization strategies and cost-control guardrails for high-volatility spend categories.

Tech stack

GCP, SQL, Python, BI tools (Looker, Tableau), AI integration.

What we expect

  • Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform, preferably GCP.
  • Strong SQL skills for analytical queries on large datasets.
  • Experience with BI tools for data visualization.
  • Python proficiency for automation and data analysis.
  • Self-directed and able to conduct research independently.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Terraform.
  • FinOps Foundation Certified Practitioner (FOCP).
  • Experience in large-scale cloud environments.
